Choose from full (50-minute) or half (25-minute) sessions, each with an additional 15-30 minutes of tutor pre-planning and follow-through. Sessions can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, 20, and 40 session blocks with ad-hoc sessions available. One-on-one sessions include:
- Grade-level benchmark assessments from well-known, high-stakes tests
- 15-30 minutes of additional preparation per session to plan, track, and share progress
- 25-50 minute custom-designed interactive sessions virtual or in-person
- Use of current school materials aligned with your child’s learning
- Detailed growth plans, progress reports, and regular check-ins with tutors and directors

How much time before I can expect to see results?
While every child is different, we think you’ll see an improvement in understanding as early as the first session. Within the first month, we will create a specific, custom growth plan and will track it regularly with you. At that time, you’ll see improvement in both class grades and real understanding. We guarantee you will see improvement in confidence or school performance within four sessions.
How long do most people sign up for?
Many families use Eurekii as an “insurance policy” in case their child needs help during the school year. Some sign up for six months to meet a particular goal like school admissions/acceptance, while others pay for a package or five or 10 sessions to use as needed. We are happy to work with you to find a program that maximizes your child’s learning.
Do I get a discount for referrals?
Absolutely! We have a very generous referral program. You will get benefits if you provide a referral to us in any way.

Our tutors go through a rigorous vetting and training process where they are not allowed to work with students independently until they satisfy our requirements. Do you have in-person options?
We have limited in-person options held in schools during the school day or after school in local libraries or universities. Most of our work is virtual, and our students are highly engaged with our live instructors. We offer free, initial virtual sessions to show you it is as effective and super-convenient for our busy schools and families.
What if I can’t make a scheduled time or want to change a tutor?
This is one of the ways that Eurekii is unique. Our tutors work as a team. So, if you need to switch your time or have an emergency need for tutoring, another tutor can work with you at any time that is more convenient for you. We train our tutors rigorously to be highly qualified, so sometimes it comes down to which personality works for your child or children. We always do a meet and greet with the tutor for free to make sure the fit is just right.
How does your pricing compare to other service providers?
We are priced competitively based on our services. For every session, you receive additional time for lesson planning, prepping, detailed progress reporting, and regular communication with the school and teachers. We offer a complete solution and provide measurable results.

How do you find and train your tutors?
Hiring, training, and growing our staff is a top priority for our company. We invest a lot of time in cultivating our staff through referrals, word of mouth, ads, and outreach. We then make sure they know their content and pedagogy skills before we allow them to work with students independently. Every tutor must spend time shadowing other tutors so they get the “Eurekii” way of doing things. Tutors do not get raises until they are able to show they can effectively engage and move student outcomes.
